Improve your mood, posture, mobility, balance, and flexibility. We'll use resistance training for strength, Pilates and core work, balance exercises, and stretching for flexibility.
You will need a space to work. Please bring a chair, pillow, a blanket or large towel, a tennis ball, a strap or band, and a set of weights. You will be on and off the floor during class.
